Return & Refund Policy – Recovered On Purpose

At Recovered On Purpose, we stand behind the quality of every item we ship and want you to feel good about every purchase. If something’s wrong with your order, we’re here to make it right—within reason and with integrity.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund—your choice.

Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are printed on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes. Please double-check size charts and product details before purchasing.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Product arrived damaged or defective

  • Wrong item was shipped

  • Package was lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

We allow cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
