Shipping Policy – Recovered On Purpose

At Recovered On Purpose, we’re honored every time someone chooses to support our mission. We do our best to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with purpose.

Processing Time

All of our items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your item is on its way.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

• International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary during holidays or high-volume seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally run free shipping promotions—make sure to subscribe to our email list!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days (U.S.) or 30 business days (international), please reach out to adam@recoveredonpurpose.org and we’ll look into it. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement if necessary.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
